Problem Description:
BT have scheduled internal fibre patch lead upgrades/replacement which
will
cause an outage on the STACS link for up to 30 minutes during the
scheduled
period.

Problem Effects:
Loss of connectivity to/from St. Angela'a College for up to 30 minutes.

Problem History:
20100311 10:29 LT Opening ticket to track.

20100324 09:31 BMA This work took place last night, with an outage to
STACS from 01:58-02:04. Will monitor.

20100325 09:54 BMA Link has been stable, and BT confirm work completed
successfully.
