Problem Description:
In order to install new equipment in Rack cw02 in our CW PoP, rack posts
need to be repositioned which will involve powering down and unracking any
live equipment in that rack.

A maintenance window has been scheduled between 11:00 and 15:00 on
Thursday 11th March to move the rack posts. 
The actual outage to ar3-cwt should be relatively short, a maximum of 2
hours but ideally it could be moved to a neighbouring rack and powered
back
on within 15 minutes.

The following live equipment will be affected:
ts1-cwt is used for Out-Of-Band management and can be powered down with
out causing incident.
ar3-cwt will cause an outage the the HEAnet private peering with Akami and
to our 6-in-4 tunnels.

 - DIT-IPv6 Tunnel
 - UCD-IPv6 Tunnel
