Problem Description:
Migration of streaming servers and storage cluster to new domain.

Problem Effects:
On-demand Windows Media video streaming and live and on-demand Flash
streaming will be unavailable for periods of up to two hours over the
migration period while servers or storage is migrated to the new Windows
domain and permissions are updated.

Client using the live Flash or Windows Media streaming service should
contact multimedia@heanet.ie about the new IP addresses of the streaming
servers.

Problem History:
20100304 11:59 JH Opening ticket.

20100305 21:18 JH An unforeseen incompatibility between Windows Server
2008 R2 and the Isilon cluster has required an upgrade of the Isilon
cluster OS. This has been completed, however permission migrate for some
media services is this ongoing. These will be finish as soon as possible.
