20100226 09:57 GL Investigating

20100226 10:07 GL Asked IT Carlow to check with Wicklow campus of any
power issues. Notified Airspeed for info. Awaiting reply.

20100226 10:14 GL Back up as of 10:08. Awaiting reply.

20100226 10:22 GL Switch did not lose power as uptime on switch is over 3
weeks. IT Carlow confirmed this. Checking with Airspeed.

20100226 10:34 GL Outage observed again at 10:32

20100226 11:04 GL One of the Antennas between these sites has been damaged
 and Airspeed plan to swap it out once they can get climbing access. They
haven't been able to get climbing access to the RTE Kippure high site due
to the tower being iced. Informing client

20100226 13:21 GL Sought update at 12:59 from Airspeed. Awaiting reply.

20100226 14:57 GL Link backup 14:41. This link is unstable. Outages may
occur again depending on 1)Weather and 2)state of antenna.

20100301 09:47 GL This circuit has been up and stable over the weekend.
Airspeed plan to replace the antenna when they gain access to to the RTE
Kippure site which could take several weeks. Link considered at risk until
then.  a new ticket will be opened for any future developments. Closing
