Problem Description:
NUIM's current circuit is a 20Mb circuit, fibre provider being e|net. 

This is to be upgraded to a 100Mb circuit.

Problem Effects:
Loss of connectivity to NUIM's Kilkenny campus.  

Problem History:
20100225 17:32 GL e|net asked HEAnet if it was ok to do this work tonight.
Asked NUIM who are happy for this work to proceed. Opening ticket to track
work.

20100226 09:24 GL Work completed successfully. Outage observed between
00:30 and 00:36. Circuit up, upgraded and stable. Closing ticket

Time to Fix:
1 hr window, 6 min outage
