Problem Description:
To facilitate the Schools Broadband 100Mb project for St Kieran’s college
in Kilkenny, E|NET will need to splice a new drop for the delivery of this
circuit.

This will affect NUIM's Kilkenny campus on Thursday 25/2/10 between 13:00
and 14:00. A 1 hour window is scheduled with a 20 minute outage expected. 


Problem Effects:
Loss of connectivity to NUIM's Kilkenny campus. 

Problem History:
20100224 17:33 GL Informed NUIM who were happy for this to go ahead.
Opening ticket to track work

20100225 12:57 GL E|NET rang HEAnet to state work was about to commence.
Monitoring.

20100225 13:30 GL Work commenced at 13:03 and concluded at 13:25. Circuits
back up. Monitor for rest of window.
