Problem Description:
To incorporate a new client site (LIT's George's Quay) onto HEAnet's
dark-fibre access ring a momentary loss of resilience to the following
sites will be experienced during patching:

* Limerick IT;
* UL: Mary Immaculate College;
* UL: Outreach Centre;
* LIT: Clare St (School of Art & Design);

Problem Effects:
No service impact is expected; a momentary loss of resilience will incur.

Problem History:
20100219 14:37 OB Scheduled migration work with LIT. To occur on Monday,
Feb 22 at ~12noon.

20100224 12:01 OB Work completed as planned on Monday. Closing ticket.
