Problem Description:
BT Ireland will be performing planned engineering works 100312-INFRA-CAT2
as part of our network improvement programme. The scope of work involves
the upgrading and replacement of internal fibre patch leads to ensure the
efficient use of fibre on our national fibre network.

The planned work is scheduled to commence on Friday 12th March at 00:01
hours with a maintenance window of 6 hours.

Problem Effects:
HEAN107801 - Outage (IPA Link) There will be a 30 Min outage to the
Circuit
in Total

Problem History:
20100218 11:05 COC Contacted IPA

20100312 09:37 LT An outage of 4 minutes occurred during the scheduled
works period, from 05h23 to 05h27. We will continue to monitor the link
for
the next while.

20100315 09:59 LT Link has remained stable since having been restored.
