Problem Description:
Colt have suffered a major fibre break and the loss of several muxes in
Dublin which have caused an outage on all of heanets colts circuits.

Problem Effects:
Loss of conectivty to TCD, loss of IPV6 conectivity to DCU and KP pops 

Problem History:
20050524 00:04 CW multiple work arounds in place, report fault to colt
#613251, eta for restoration is 3am. TCD still off the network.

20050524 08:43 DC Colt notify us that the problem was caused by a fibre
break on Shelbourne Road, and that this was fixed at approximately 3 a.m.
Connectivity has been restored to TCD since 03:14. Monitoring for 24 hour.

20050525 08:50  Auto Closed after 1 day.
